"Icing Smiles is a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. Icing Smiles cakes are lovingly crafted by a nationwide network of over 13,000 volunteer bakers. These Sugar Angels (volunteer bakers who freely give of their time and talent to bring joy to kids) answer the call by creating gorgeous (and delicious!) cakes for any occasion: birthdays, “ring the bell” days, anniversaries, and more.
